Use only 3 1/4" planks, or use both 3 1/4" and 5" to give extra character to a room. To do this, order 60% of your square footage in 5" and 40% in 3 1/4", plus at least 10% for overages. Pebble Hill Hickory has hand scraping that ranges from subtle to moderately aggressive, and its warm color variations create a casual elegance with rich personality. Hickory has inherent strength and durability, and these characteristics alone make Shaw's Pebble Hill Hickory 3 1/4" a fantastic flooring choice.
