Description
UltraFinish Pro is a cement-based, rapid drying, trowelable repair patch and skimcoat that is used to smooth subfloors prior to the installation of finished floor coverings. UltraFinish Pro allows for the installation of many floor coverings in as little as 15 minutes. It can be applied over properly prepared concrete, wood, cement-based terrazzo, VCT, ceramic, quarry tile, cutback and non-water soluble adhesive residue.

The high performance properties of UltraFinish Pro make it ideal for finishing purposes, no minimum thickness is required. UltraFinish Pro can be applied up to 1/2″ in a single lift. When a floor covering sensitive to indentation such as sheet vinyl or rubber flooring etc. will be subjected to heavy rolling or point loads, use UltraFinish Pro only for final finishing (1/16″ or less). Use Bostik’s UltraRamp for initial skim coat, heavy smoothing, ramping and patching. UltraFinish Pro can accept standard floor coverings such as VCT, sheet vinyl, linoleum and carpeting in as little as 15 minutes or as soon as adhesives can be applied without damaging the surface. When using moisture sensitive adhesives such as urethane or epoxy, wait 16 hours. Do not use UltraFinish Pro to fill expansion joints.
