Kahrs Scandinavian Naturals is a 7-7/8" wide plank that contains 1-, 2-, and 3-strip  patterns. These engineered floors have an 1/8" top layer that allows for sanding and refinishing twice.  The species available in the Scandinavian Naturals are ash, beech, and birch.  Ash contains grain similar to oak and is around the same hardness as oak.  Beech has grain similar to maple and has a hardness of about 1300 psi.  Birch also has a grain similar to maple and a hardness around 1500 psi.
