Manufactured using the most advanced production procedures and subjected to the strictest controls, Berry Floor Castle Rock laminate strips are of the DPL (Direct Pressure Laminate) type consisting of 4 layers:

a layer of extremely tough melamine giving the whole strip unequalled resistance to the various hazards of everyday life, and whose transparency allows all the beauty of the design to show through. a decorative layer, consisting of various designs more lifelike even than nature, previously impregnated with resin; a layer of extra strong HDF (High Density Fibreboard), whose particles are bonded with a special glue; a counterbalancing layer impregnated with resin and melamine, giving the panel stability and ensuring that it is perfectly flat;

Castle Rock MegaBoard laminate boards by Berry Floor are up to 4 mm thicker than traditional laminate. Your floor is extra strong, mega-tensile, and remains super stylish for years.
